Download the baptismal forms to be returned on the day of preparation. Usually the preparation is held on the Saturday of the week preceding the date of baptism, at the parish at 16.00. It is necessary to call 0109127470 to book the date of the Baptism
ONLY TWO CHILDREN WILL BE ACCEPTED PER DATE
Forms for Baptism
In this first form the data of the child must be entered and signed by the parents
In this second document the data of the godparents must be entered which can be:
a boy or a girl
only one (male or female)
two males or two females
Important: the godparents must be over 16 years old and not be in irregular situations with the Church
